西安市场方管价格持稳观望，市场出货差。主流方管市场现货价格弱势震荡，邯郸区域中板价格稳报3840元/吨。西安市场方管基本持稳报4050元/吨。今日西安方管需求仍然较差，方管厂家日出 货40-50吨。资源方面，目前西安区域方管库存资源量不足2万吨，与上周相比继续下降，其中普板资源较少，低合金资源基本齐全。近期主导钢厂八钢等有 少量资源到货，但到货成本偏高。对于后市，多数商家看空意愿较浓，主要是一方面，邯郸等外围主流区域中板现货价格继续弱势下跌。另一方面，环保影响下，本 地市场需求偏弱。预计短期内，西安市场方管价格多是继续弱势震荡态势。
